Meet Our Business Office Staff

The business office personnel handle all of your scheduling, financial and insurance issues. They're answering phones, seating patients, arranging appointments, making financial arrangements, handling the mail, sorting the charts and coordinating the insurance. These talented ladies are masters of balancing multiple tasks.

Donna

My name is Donna Galeher and I have been the Office manager for the past 46 years. I still love my job because of the wonderful TEAM that Dr. Kowalik has assembled. I am not working as many hours as in the past, but still enjoy seeing many of the patients I have come to know and feel they are part of our dental family. I am also still a Stickney Township Trustee. I am so proud of my grandsons Aidan and Devin. Grampa Denny would have enjoyed the wonderful young men they have grown to be. In my spare time I have been pursuing a new hobby of making greeting cards and have spent a small fortune on supplies for this new habit.

It's been 11 years already since I started working for Dr. Kowalik. Many of the patients are like extended family members to me. When I'm not at the office I spend most of my time with my husband and fur babies. I also travel as much as possible visiting my two sons and new daughter in law.
